APM is an automated assembly machine for pogo pin with vision inspection at Nano precision capability. This machine is specially developed to automate conventional manual process of pogo pin assembly. Usually pogo pin is assembled manually by operator which will cause high percentage of lost yield due to unexpected human errors. Automated process will help to increase the production yield as well as reduce manpower involving sorting, assembly and inspection.
